One day while I attended the leadership conference and was happily sitting next to the MD of the largest steel maker. During the discussion and sharing a little about our background and current issues, both of us felt a connection that we have the conviction to discuss these matters on our business.

However, something bothers me during our conversation. I could not let his criticism of what I love to do, which is running a business team building. But now, team building is used as one of its intervention tools of empowerment, in the workplace to overcome problems and drive business results!

The HR person or the management team, it's always a big struggle for them to create a sense of belonging among its people because of the lack of inter-organization relationships and cross cultural issues. However, such a question is a common problem in team building and it can be easily solved.
