Coaches and advisors are not very different and specific tasks and enlightened organizations to ensure that they are accessible to their staff long before problems arise!

Using various techniques of training medical specialists can work with managers and leaders to help identify the focus and objectives necessary for the efficient use of staff and will help identify where staff used the unhelpful way to distract from the fundamental goals and objectives of the organization.

I would suggest that a wise business owner and takes care of its staff seriously and provides care and support package before it's all need!

But more to the point that it is financially wise to do - every business spends its money in order to produce more on the way to get it. However, 13.5 billion pounds is lost through staff sickness is an amazing amount of money that goes down into the water!
